By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that all purchases are final and non-refundable.

2. Exceptions (When We May Help Without Refunds)

Although refunds are not provided, we may review the following issues and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion:


  • Item arrived damaged during shipping.

  • You received an incorrect item.

  • Your order had missing items.

Any remedy is decided after review and may require evidence and verification.

3. Conditions for Reporting Issues

To be eligible for review:


  • The issue must be reported promptly after delivery.

  • The product must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging where applicable.

  • We may require clear photographic evidence of:


    the product,


    packaging,


    shipping label,


    and any visible damage.


We reserve the right to refuse replacements or credits if evidence is insufficient or if the issue appears to result from misuse, improper handling, or normal wear.

4. Non-Eligible Situations

No refund, replacement, or credit will be provided for:


  • Change of mind.

  • Preference changes (color expectation differences due to screen/lighting),

  • Discomfort due to improper use or failure to follow care and hygiene practices,

  • Damage caused after delivery,

  • Incomplete/incorrect shipping details provided at checkout.

5. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without first allowing us to review the issue under this policy, we may dispute the chargeback using order, delivery, and transaction records. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account restrictions.
